How to Play

Q: What are the changes to the game this year?

A: This year, the game is now exclusive to the MyMacca’s app, with physical tickets no longer attached to packaging.
 

Q: Is the MyMacca’s App free?

A: Yes, you can download the MyMacca’s App free of charge from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. If you do not have a MyMacca’s account, then follow the prompts to create a MyMacca’s account, log in, and then navigate to the Monopoly game.
 

Q: Do I have to sign up to participate in the promotion?

A: In order to play the game you will need to register for a MyMacca’s account.
 

Q: Do I need to allow the MyMacca’s App to send me push notifications?

A: Push notifications are not required, however allowing them will ensure you stay up to date with the Monopoly Game at Macca’s.
 

Q: How do I play?

A: Simply order one (1) or more eligible products using the MyMacca’s app (or provide your MyMacca’s Rewards Code at Drive Thru, Front Counter, or at Kiosk). Digital tickets will then appear digitally in the Monopoly game in the MyMacca’s app.
 

Q: How do I access the Monopoly Game at Macca’s?

A: The Monopoly game can be accessed through the MyMacca’s App. To open the game, tap the game banner at the top of the home page of the app. You can also access the game by tapping on “More” on the bottom of the app’s navigation, and then tapping on “Monopoly”.
 

Q: Where are my tickets?

A: Digital tickets are awarded in the Monopoly game in the MyMacca’s app. After placing an order containing ticketed purchases, launch the Monopoly game. Any digital tickets ready to be revealed will appear near the top of the home tab. Tap ‘Reveal Now’ to reveal your tickets for a chance to win a prize.
 

Q: How long will it take for tickets to appear in the MyMacca’s app?

A: Digital tickets should appear in the Home tab of the app shortly after placing an order containing an eligible item. In some instances, digital tickets may take up to 48 hours to appear. Please contact Customer Service if you believe that digital tickets are missing.
 

Q: Can I receive tickets for orders placed using McDelivery via the MyMacca’s app?

A: Yes – you can earn digital tickets by ordering eligible items using McDelivery via the MyMacca’s app.
 

Q: What is a bonus guaranteed win?

A: You will receive a bonus instant win food or non-food prize with every app order containing a ticketed item. Guaranteed wins are awarded in the Monopoly game in the MyMacca’s app the same way tickets are revealed. Redemption is limited to 1x transaction per day.
 

Q: What are the dates of the promotion?

A: The promotion starts at 00:01 (Sydney Time) on 3 September 2025 and ends at 23:59 (Sydney Time) on 19 October 2025 (the “Promotional Period”).

Eligible Products may be purchased between 00:01 (local time) on 3 September 2025 and 23:59 (local time) on 14 October 2025 (inclusive) (the “Purchase Period”).

MyMacca’s App

Q: What if I forget to order via the MyMyMacca’s app?

A: You can use the ‘Log a Missed Visit’ feature in the MyMacca’s app to claim tickets on non-digital transactions. To do this, open the MyMacca’s app & tap ‘More’ in the bottom-right corner of the screen. You must then provide transaction details listed on your physical receipt. If the transaction details provided are correct, tickets will appear in the Monopoly game within 3 days. Receipts must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction, the total amount must be under $100, and you can only use this Log a Missed Visit feature once every 7 days.
 

Q: Who can participate in the Monopoly Game at Macca’s promotion?

A: The promotion is open to Australian residents aged 15 years and older as at the time of entry. If you are aged less than 18 years old, you must obtain the consent of your parent or legal guardian to enter the promotion.
 

Q: What happens with the details I provide?

A: Participants are required to accept the following privacy collection statement during registration for the Monopoly Game at Macca’s:

Prizing

Q: How do I redeem digital Food prizes?

A:

1. Open the Monopoly game within the MyMacca’s app.
2. Locate your desired prize that you wish to claim within your STASH & tap “REDEEM” when prompted.
3. You will then be taken to the ordering section of the MyMacca’s app where you can choose to claim your prize either via a Mobile Order (it will appear in your bag) or in restaurant using your code displayed in the MyMacca’s app.

 

Q: Can I redeem Food prizes via McDelivery?

A: Unfortunately, Food prizes cannot be redeemed through McDelivery.
 

Q: What happens to my digital tickets if I do not make a prize claim during the promotional period?

A: Prizes that are not claimed within the promotional period will be forfeited.
 

Q: Can I transfer, sell, swap, or trade my digital tickets?

A: No. All game Plays (tickets) cannot be transferred by you, to any other person, whether by gift, sale, or otherwise. Game Plays that have been transferred are invalid and therefore, a prize claim that includes any game Plays that have been transferred are invalid.
 

Q: What prizes can be won in this year’s Monopoly Game at Macca’s®

A: Download the MyMacca’s App and open the Monopoly game to see the full list of prizes up for grabs.
 

Q: Can I swap my prize for something else?

A: No. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be varied.
 

Q: If I am a prize Winner, how will I be notified?

A: All prizes must be claimed by following the steps listed in the Monopoly game on the MyMacca’s app. If required, winners may also be notified via phone or email after submitting a claim form in the Monopoly game for select prizes.
 

Q: When must I submit my claim for my prize?

A: All prize claims must be received during the promotional period. Promotional period starts at 00:01 (Sydney Time) on 3 September 2025 and ends at 23:59 (Sydney Time) on 19 October 2025.
